February Dates and Events

February is a short, but busy month.   Please read the following information carefully as we have many events happening in our class.

Dates to remember:

Wednesday, February 1 = Professional Development Day, no school

Wednesday, February 8 = Report Cards go home

Thursday, February 9 = Parent Teacher Interviews (6-9pm by appointment only)

Friday, February 10 = Parent Teacher Interviews (10am – 12 noon by appointment only), no school

Tuesday, February 14 = Valentine’s Day Party in the afternoon (need volunteers to donate finger foods, please comment in the blog section of this post to avoid duplication)

Please read the Valentine’s Party Note 2012 for more specific information and a list of names for the Valentine’s cards.

February ? = 100 Hundred Days of School (need old toy flyers, bring 8 items for our class food drive, optional dress up day: wear a fashion from the year 2112)   Date will be confirmed closer to the event.

February 20 = No school in honor of Islander Day

February 24 = first afternoon of skating at Simmons (Ice time:1:30-2:30pm)  Helmets are mandatory for all students.

  1. Hi Miss Doyle, I am wondering if any parents have a spare pair of size 2 girls skates kicking around that trinity could borrow for skating later in february? thanks.

    • I have a pair without a size written on them, you are welcome to try, if they dont fit pass them along to anyone that may need them. They look like they could be a size 2 or 3. I will send them to school with Tenny tomorrow the 7th. Hope they fit! 🙂
