Reminders for June 20-21

Thursday, June 20th will be our annual GCS Family Day at Sandspit.   The ride bracelets this year will be $12 per person and allow for all rides except the go-karts; all parents are required to pay for their own bracelets.   When purchasing bracelets, let the cashier know you are with the GCS group.   Hours of operations are 9:30am-3:30pm.   This is a great opportunity for you to come and enjoy your children and the fellowship of other parents.   You are reminded that there is no supervision by GCS staff and each parent is responsible for either attending with their child(ren) or making arrangement for another parent to provide supervision.   RAIN DATE is Saturday, June 22nd.

Friday, June 21 – Come join us as we officially end another year of school.   Students are to arrive at 9:00am in school attire.   We will be having a time of celebration, awards, and reminiscing about the school year, beginning at 9:30am.   Report cards will be handed out after the ceremony.   If you are unable to attend or want to leave early, please notify the office and your child’s report card will be mailed to you.   No report cards will be handed out until after the ceremony.

Also on Friday, in anticipation of our new desks arriving for the fall of 2013, we will be selling some of our old desks.   If your child would like a desk to study in at home, please bring $10 cash and be prepared to take the desk home with you on Friday.
