Happy Mother’s day to all the moms. I hope you enjoyed your weekend and time with your family.
There are lots of things to keep you updated on in the next coming weeks as we get closer to the end of the school year.
Small Halls Presentation:
On Monday, May 11, the Festival of Small Halls in PEI will be performing a special presentation at the school, focusing on the Pan Am and Parapan Am sports events. It will begin at 9am and will take approximately an hour. All are welcome to attend.
PEI Mutual Festival of Small Halls is proud to present a production specifically to educate students on the Toronto 2015 Pan & Parapan American Games, the world’s third largest international multi-sport Games. It will provide an overview of the games, and the history and importance of them to our country, in a very fun and entertaining way filled with incredible storytelling, humor and music.
Mrs. Huizing’s creative writing students have been working hard on GCS’s first student-designed yearbook! Order forms are available from classroom teachers, if requested. Yearbooks can be purchased for $19.99, until May 31st, and will be handed out during school closing.
Annual Golf Tournament:
