Hello Parents,
Tomorrow (Monday, February 29th) we will be skating at Simmons arena. The children will need skates and a helmet ( a bicycle helmet is fine if you have one). If you do not wish your child come skating with us, please pick up your child at noon. All students must be on the ice at all times with proper equipment. We will be taking the bus to the rink again this week, however, you are welcome to join us at the rink at 1:15. Your help to put on skates and tie laces is always needed and appreciated. It went very quickly last week with so many helpers! Students will go back to the school for 3:00 and can be picked up at the school at the usually time.

Art Club for K-Gr. 4
Mrs. Able will be running an after school art club for students in grades K-4. Sign up sheets were sent home in your child’s agenda last week. The club will be on Thursdays after school starting April 7th and going to April 28th. The cost is $10. The deadline to sign up is March 1st.

This past Wednesday students in grade one and two celebrated the 100th day of school. Students had a blast doing all kinds of activities related to 100. The favourites were making a 100th day hat and the challenge of making something with 100 pieces of lego.
