Wow, it’s hard to believe that we only have three weeks left of this school year! There are lots of activities planned over the next few weeks. Take a peek below to stay up to date on these events.

Tuesday — Math test

Friday — Spelling test (List # 28 grade one, List # 31 grade two)
Yearbook Orders — Due this Friday.
On Friday students were sent home with an order form for this year’s yearbook. Orders can be place until Friday June 10th. There will be no opportunity to place an order after June 10th, so if you are interested in purchasing one please send in your form and money by this Friday.
On Thursday, June 16th grade one and two will get the opportunity to travel to Geneva Villa. We will once again sing to the residents and have a chance to read to and talk with our friends at the Villa. We will be leaving the school at 12:40 and arriving at the Villa at 1:00. A permission slip will be send home this week. We will need drivers for this event. Please let me know through email if you are available to drive. email@example.com
On June 21st we will be having our end of year field trip. This year we plan on going to the Vandenburg Farm. Students will get a tour of the farm and learn about the animals. We will have lots of fun and games planned for after the tour. A BBQ lunch will be provided. I will post a sign up sheet the week of June 10th -17th outside our classroom for you to bring an item for the BBQ. A permission slip will also be sent home that week. We will be leaving the school at 9:45 and returning to the school at 2:30.
